Things were all good for the Phillies on Sunday, then they went to Citi Field.  After an abysmal 2 days in Flushing, I am ready to be very mad at this team.  I am not giving up, we are still up in the division and firmly in hold of a playoff spot, but yuck.  It could not be much worse.

Meanwhile, back in Eagles Training Camp, I am catching you up on trades, roster cuts, the practice squad, and the hierarchy of the NFL going into the season.

As for the Flyers and Sixers, we are inching ever closer to training camp with no news to speak of.
