This is a special weekend for JoeyBets and PFO. Our ragtag crew of psychotic Eagles fans are headed to Green Bay for a bucket list trip to see the Birds at Lambeau Field. The Birds have had the best bye week of all time (first place, trades, health, laughing at others) and are now fully positioned to start resembling the best version of themselves. Vibes are high, we are going to tush push the shit out of the Packers, and their pussy head coach Matt LaFleur (who was one of the most vocal crybabies of the play in the offseason) and officially start our second half run.
We arrive Saturday afternoon and will be locking in to catch several of the premier college games this week. Football starts again on Sunday at 8:30 am local time with the Berlin game between the Falcons and Colts (with the added bonus of baddie Carlie Irsay-Gordan patrolling the sidelines). The weekend will culminate in the Monday night showdown where the Birds and our incredibly beautiful, high T, and chiseled Jalen Hurts are going to lay the wood to the extremely beta, flaccid, microplastic laced bald Jordan Love and the Packers. I can’t wait for this one and will be laying a monster bet on the Birds.
Tulane at Memphis (-3.5, O/U 53.5), Friday, November 7th, 9:00 pm EST
We have been cashing the Friday Night Specials at a nice clip this year. Let’s go to the well again and hammer the over in this one.
BYU at Texas Tech (-10, O/U 52.5), Saturday, November 8th, 12:00 pm EST
The #7 ranked BYU heads to Lubbock for a matchup with our favorite team of the 2025 college football season, the #8 ranked Red Raiders. Why would the higher ranked, undefeated team be an underdog by 10 points? It’s because the Red Raiders are awesome and Vegas knows this is a prime spot for BYU to get blown out. This line tells me everything I need to know. Take Texas Tech -10. Guns up!
Georgia at Mississippi State (+9.5, O/U 56.5), Saturday, November 8th, 12:00 pm EST
Mississippi State has played everyone tough this year. Had a few breaks gone their way, they could easily be 7-2. This is too many points and will be buying it up to +10. Take the Mississippi version of the Bulldogs at home.
Texas A&M at Missouri (+6.5, O/U 48.5), Saturday, November 8th, 3:30 pm EST
There is no question that Texas A&M has been great this year. But this is too many points against a strong Mizzou team with absolutely nothing to lose (they have saying this publicly all week). Mizzou gets the added bonus of coming off a bye week. Take the Tigers and buy it up 7.
Oregon at Iowa (+6.5, O/U 40.5), Saturday, November 8th, 3:30 pm EST
I am taking a ton of dogs this week. But you have to play the board as you see it and I see another live dog in this matchup. We all know Iowa at home is a difficult team to play against. Take the Hawkeyes and buy it up to +7.
Duke at UConn (+9.5, O/U 63.5), Saturday, November 8th, 3:30 pm EST
Spot play alert! Duke is coming off of their first win at Clemson in 45 years. They won that game with a late score and two point conversion to win by one point. After this week’s tilt at UConn, Duke has a home matchup against the current top ranked ACC team in Virginia. If Duke wins against Virginia, they give themselves a strong chance to play for the ACC title. Do you think they are looking ahead a bit? I certainly do. I am hammering UConn here and will look to see if I can buy it up to +10.
Syracuse at Miami (-28.5, O/U 46.5), Saturday, November 8th, 3:30 pm EST
We saw how terrible Syracuse was last week in betting against them last week at North Carolina. Miami comes in wounded and something to prove now that they have dropped out of the college football playoff picture in the first set of rankings. Miami is going to crush this crappy team. Take the Canes at -28.5 and look to buy it to -28 if possible.
Navy at Notre Dame (-27.5, O/U 55.5), Saturday, November 8th, 7:30 pm EST
I was off last week with my Notre Dame pick. They were sloppy in a road environment and Boston College finally looked like a real college football team. I’m doubling down on the Irish for the same reasons I explained last week. They are getting into the playoffs, will be at home this week, and will flex their muscles against the Midshipmen this week. Take Notre Dame and make sure you get it at -28 or better. Book it.
LSU at Alabama (-10.5, O/U 49.5), Saturday, November 8th, 7:30 pm EST
Brian Kelly is finally gone and I’m betting on the “fired coach bump” in LSU this week. Brian Kelly was the most hated man in football. No one likes that guy and the players at LSU certainly didn’t like him. Their interim coach Frank Wilson is a Louisiana native with ties to the LSU program going back to the Les Miles days. This guy is known for his intensity and competitiveness and has publicly stated that “I recognize this moment, this opportunity is so much bigger than me.” I would be shocked if we didn’t see a competitive LSU team on Saturday. I think the talent at LSU comes in fired up with nothing to lose. Give me the Tigers +10.5.
Let’s have ourselves a week and most importantly, GO BIRDS!
